On Sunday, Jan. 12, at 12 a.m. ET, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call in reference to a domestic situation at 13340 Nutmeg Ridge Dr.
Marshall County deputies responded to the residence and investigated the matter. Police say the suspect in the incident, Michael L. Rash, 41, was arrested and lodged on preliminary charges of strangulation, criminal confinement, domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age, and invasion of privacy.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
