On Jan. 25 at 10:28 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officer received an alert of a vehicle with a suspended driver.
Police located the vehicle and a traffic stop was initiated at the Speedway gas station. Dustin J. Milton, 44, of Nappanee, was the driver of the vehicle and was taken into custody.
He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on a preliminary charges driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
