
On the morning of Jan. 3, at 1:30 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers responded to 421 Gilmore Street after a 911 call was received for an unresponsive man.
Upon the officer’s arrival, suspected drug paraphernalia was located in plain view. The male was identified as 21-year-old, Tate Dunsizer, of Plymouth. Dunsizer was transported to the local hospital to be evaluated by medical staff.
A search warrant for the home was submitted before a Marshall County Judge and approved. After executing the search warrant, Dunsizer was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for preliminary charges of felony maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a legend drug, possession of narcotics, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
Suspects are innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
