On Dec. 18 at 12:45 p.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers located a man at 1000 N. Plum St. who had an active misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear.
Nineteen-year-old Hector Fortin Granados, of Plymouth, was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked and lodged for the warrant.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
