On Saturday, Dec. 21 at 7:56 p.m. ET, Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Kenilworth Road.
Police say during the stop, a probable cause search of the vehicle was completed, and the officer located multiple THC vape cartridges, as well as THC edibles, and approximately 140 grams of suspected marijuana.
The driver, Starlyn M. Abel, 38, of Indianapolis, was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of possession of marijuana.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
