On the morning of Nov. 30 at approximately 6:05 a.m. ET, officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to the area of Plymouth Hospital for a possible impaired driver.
While checking the area, Bobby Ross II contacted Marshall County Central Dispatch and advised that he knew officers were looking for him and that he was in the Walmart parking lot. Officers then located Ross in the Walmart parking lot.
While making contact with Ross, an investigation took place, and police say it was found that Ross was under the influence of alcohol. He was placed under arrest for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and issued a court date and bond.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
