On Nov. 26, at 11 a.m. a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the area of US 30 and Iris Road.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 20-year-old Kevin Chan. Kevin was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for reckless driving.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty
