Possession of Marijuana

Ricardo Rubio

On Dec. 18 at approximately 4 p.m. ET, a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the 2000 block of N. Michigan Street in Plymouth.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as 37-year-old Ricardo Rubio. During the traffic stop, police say suspected drugs were located inside the vehicle and on one of the passengers,​ who was identified as 29-year-old Autumn Graves.

Rubio was suspected of being under the influence of drugs and was transported to Plymouth Hospital for a chemical test while Graves was released from the traffic stop. Upon conducting a chemical test,​ Rubio was transported to the Marshall County Jail and was booked for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, a Level 6 Felony,​ possession of marijuana with a prior drug offense conviction a Class A Misdemeanor,​ and possession of paraphernalia a Class C Misdemeanor.


The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Plymouth Police Department.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
