On Dec. 5, Plymouth Police Department officers made a traffic stop on Maria Alvarez Castro, 44 of Plymouth.
Castro was pulled over for operating a vehicle with no headlights when required. It was learned that she has never had a license in Indiana or any other state, according to the report.
She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
