On Dec. 7, Plymouth Police Department officers responded to the report of an impaired driver at 1827 N Michigan St.
The driver, Robert Powell, 34, of Plymouth was found to be under the influence, according to the report.
Powell was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
