Loud Noise Complaint Brings Arrest

On Friday, Dec. 13, at 9:42 p.m., Marshall County Central Dispatch received a call of a noise complaint in the 400 block of Charles Street.

Plymouth Police Department officers responded to the area and located a vehicle that was running and had loud music coming from the vehicle. During the investigation, police say it was discovered that 32-year-old Miguel A. Hernandez, of Plymouth, was found to have a suspended license-prior status on an I.D. card.

Hernandez was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked and lodged on preliminary charges of knowingly or intentionally operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
