On the evening of Dec. 25, at 8:55 p.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers were requested to assist the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office in locating a vehicle that was involved in a hit-and-run vehicle crash on Michigan Road south of Veterans Parkway.
Plymouth officers and Marshall County Sheriff’s Office deputies worked together and located the suspect vehicle. The suspect was identified as 26-year-old Donna Graham of Plymouth. Police say Graham met with officers and was suspected of being intoxicated.
After conducting a further investigation, it was found that she had a blood alcohol level of .17%, according to the report. Graham was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a crash, operating while intoxicated over .15, and operating while intoxicated-endangering.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
