On Sunday, Dec. 8, at 9:24 p.m. ET, a Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Michigan Rd. in the area of U.S. 30.
Police say it was determined that the driver of the vehicle, Jose Miguel Angel Montesdeoca, 21, of Bremen, had a driving status of suspended with a prior.
Montesdeoca was then arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
