Domestic Battery Arrest

On Dec. 12, at 5:10 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to 1100 Pilgrim Lane for a report of a domestic disturbance occurring inside a motor home.

Police found a man walking around the parking lot looking for a dog. The man appeared upset and had lacerations on his face.

Police say Kimberly Findley, 30, was found highly intoxicated inside the motor home and was arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
