BREMEN — On Nov. 24 at 6:43 a.m., Marshall County Deputies were called to West Shore Apartment in Bremen for a domestic fight in progress.
Deputies arrived on the scene, finding a woman that had been battered. There were also three small children present, all living in poor conditions.
The man was identified as Michael Carver of Bremen. Carver refused to take orders from the deputies and was placed into custody.
There were also THC vape cartridges located on Carver. EMS was called to the scene due to injuries sustained.
Carver was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail. A probable cause affidavit was filled out and signed by a judge and read to Carver, charging him with domestic battery, domestic battery in the presence of a child under 16, domestic battery causing injury, domestic battery with a deadly weapon, strangulation, neglect of a dependent, resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a cour to law.
