On Dec. 11 at 1:20 a.m. ET, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies stopped a black Ford Escape on Lincoln Highway.
Deputies identified Aliscia Templeton, 30, of North Webster, who had outstanding warrants in Kosciusko County for a controlled substance. The passenger, John B. Wood, 30, of Milford, also had warrants for a controlled substance in Kosciusko County. Police say Wood also gave a false name and date of birth. He was additionally charged with identity deception and false informing. Both individuals were taken to the Marshall County Jail for processing.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
