On Dec. 8, at 10:30 p.m. ET, a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 and Fir Road.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 31-year-old Gregory Cook III. Police say Cook was found to be driving with a license status as a Habitual Traffic Violator and outside of his special driving conditions.
He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for violation of driving conditions.
All suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
