On Saturday, Dec. 14 at 11:19 p.m. ET, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputies were dispatched to the 1,000 block of Juniper Road for animal abuse.
Marshall County Deputies arrived on the scene and were provided evidence of animal abuse, according to the report.
Sara R. Walk, 46, was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail. She was booked and lodged on a preliminary charge of animal cruelty as a Level 6 Felony.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
