On Saturday Dec. 14, at 7:35 p.m. ET, Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the area of 187 N. Oak Dr. (Dollar General) for a possible domestic dispute.
Prior to the arrival of police, one involved party had left. Police say Matthew O’Brien, 32, of Plymouth, the second involved party, was found walking eastbound on Jefferson St. O’Brien advised that there had only been a verbal altercation between him and a friend, according to the report.
O’Brien was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant through Marshall County. O’Brien was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was lodged on the arrest warrant.
All suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
