Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 1st Rd. west of Sycamore where a single-vehicle collision was reported.
Upon arriving, it was found that a Jeep Wrangler, driven by Katrina R. Watson, 37, of Walkerton, had been traveling west on 1st Rd. and had run off the south side of the roadway onto its side, according to the report. Watson and two juvenile passengers were transported to a regional hospital from the scene for general pain from the collision. The roadway was snow and ice-covered in the area.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Walkerton Police Department, Walkerton EMS, and Polk Township Fire Department.
