On Nov. 26, at 1:30 p.m., a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the area of US 30 and Michigan Road.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 49-year-old Jose Ayala. Jose was found to be driving without ever obtaining a license. Jose was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty
