On Monday, Nov. 11 at 11:48 a.m. ET, Plymouth Police Officers made a traffic stop on a silver Impala that had expired plates heading westbound on Oakhill Ave.
It was found that the driver, Preston L. Smith, 44, of Argos, had an active warrant out of Elkhart County. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
