A traffic stop was conducted by a Plymouth Police Department officer on a vehicle for moving violations Wednesday, November 20 just after 12:40 a.m. ET.
The driver was identified as Evelis Medina-Sauceda, 43, of Plymouth. Medina-Sauceda was found to have never received a license. Medina-Sauceda was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Plymouth’s K9, Castor, also assisted during the traffic stop and determined no narcotics were present in the vehicle.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
