A traffic stop was conducted by a Plymouth Police Department officer Wednesday, November 6 at 2:45 a.m. ET on a speeding vehicle, which police say was clocked at 80 mph in a posted 50 mph zone.
The driver was identified as Shahabeddin Deek, 34, of Philadelphia. Deek was found to have never received a license and was transported to the Marshall County Jail for operator never licensed.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
