A Plymouth Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling southbound on N. Michigan Street Saturday, November 9.
The driver, Dennis Paul Leslie Farkas, 55, of Mishawaka, was found to be driving with a suspended license. Officers also located marijuana inside the vehicle, according to the report.
Farkas was transported to the Marshall County Jail and issued a court date and a bond.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
