A Plymouth Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop on a black Jeep Grand Cherokee at State Road 17 and Crest Ln. Sunday, November 10 at 2:11 p.m. ET.
During the stop, police located a smoking pipe with white residue inside, according to the report. Police say also found inside the vehicle were two scales also covered in white powder. The white powder reportedly tested positive for methamphetamine.
Todd Hall, 52, of Walkerton, and Sherry Blair, 53, of Nappanee, were transported to the Marshall County Jail and issued a court date and bond.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
