Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies initiated a traffic stop on a blue 2019 Ford in the area of Sycamore Street and Lynn Avenue Wednesday, November 20 at 12:19 a.m. ET.
During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Adam N. Hunter, 23, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Field sobriety testing was completed, and a certified breath test showed a result of .197 grams of alcohol, according to the report.
Hunter was booked and processed on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
