A deputy with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of U.S. 31 and 9A Road Monday, November 11 at 1:40 a.m. ET.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 23-year-old Dyonna Unique Dawning. Dawning was found to be driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
