Officers with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling south on Michigan and Washington Street Sunday, November 17 just after 2 p.m. ET.
A check found the vehicle’s registered owner had a suspended license and was identified as Franklin Vega, 57, of Plymouth.
Vega was arrested, transported to Marshall County Jail, and booked on a preliminary charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
