Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of Gibson Street Wednesday, November 20 at 6:19 p.m. ET for a man sneaking into the building and living inside.
The officer arrived on the scene and found a male party living in room 13 named Allan Toomey, 64, of Plymouth.
Toomey was arrested on preliminary charges of criminal trespass, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and given a court date and bond.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
