Plymouth Police Department officers responded to the 900 block of Richter Road after a resident found a woman in their garage at 2:40 a.m. ET Friday, October 4.
When police arrived, the woman was then located in a vehicle owned by the 911 caller. The woman was identified as 32-year-old Tresh Withey of Plymouth. Police say Withey was found to be extremely intoxicated and was transported to the Plymouth hospital for jail clearance, according to the report.
Once clearance was obtained, Withey was transported to the Marshall County Jail pending criminal charges for felony residential entry, misdemeanor unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor public intoxication.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
