A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle that was reportedly swerving all over the road in the area of State Road 17 and Glenn Overmyer Drive Friday, October 11 at 3:45 p.m. ET.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 60-year-old Kenneth Jordan. During the traffic stop, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle.
Jordan was transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Plymouth Police Department and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
