On Monday, Oct. 21 at 12:09 a.m., a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy initiated a traffic stop on a white 2015 Chevrolet Malibu in the area of US 31 and Veteran’s Parkway that resulted in an arrest.
During the investigation, police say it was found that the driver, Katrina A. Wilson, 47, of Indianapolis, was operating with a driving status of suspended with a prior conviction. She was also found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.
Wilson was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
