The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received information from a caller in the 19000 block of 15th Road for reports of a suspicious male Saturday, October 19 at 8:34 p.m. ET.
Police say an abandoned vehicle was located near the railroad tracks on 15th Road west of Thorn Road. The officers then located the owner of this vehicle, Kevin L. Brock, 46. During the investigation, Brock was reportedly found to be in possession of paraphernalia that tested positive for methamphetamine and multiple pills that were not prescribed to him, according to the report.
Brock was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
