Operating without a License Arrests

A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy performed a traffic stop on three vehicles Wednesday, October 2 at 7:31 p.m. ET on U.S. 31 near 20B Rd.


During the investigation, police say it was discovered that two of the three drivers had not ever had a valid driver’s license. Yonathan Antonio Noguero Vasuez, 26, and ​Victor Manuel Valero Suarez, 21, were both taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Additionally, a deputy from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop Friday, October 4 just after 1 a.m. ET on U.S. 31 near 14C Road on a black 2005 Chevrolet pickup truck.


During the investigation,​ police say it was found that the driver,​ Nicolas Garcia Perez,​ 38, was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined in each case by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.


Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
