During the stop, police say it was discovered that the driver, Ismael Rodriguez-Mejia, 43, of Plymouth, was operating the vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license.
He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Rodriguez-Mejia was lodged for the pending charge of operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
