A Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on U.S. 31 in the area of 4A Rd Wednesday, October 23 at 2:32 a.m. ET.
During the investigation, police say the driver of the vehicle, Thomas C. Hall, was determined to be intoxicated. Hall was then arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operating while intoxicated and endangering.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
