A Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of U.S. 31 and S.R. 110 Monday, October 21 just before midnight.
During the investigation, police say it was determined that the driver of the vehicle, Adam J. Cheek, did not have a valid license. Cheek was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for violation of driving conditions.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
