Driving while Suspended Arrest

A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy initiated a traffic stop Monday, September 20 just before 9:30 p.m. ET on a red 2010 Chevrolet pickup truck on U.S. 30 near Redwood Road.


During the investigation,​ police say it was found that the driver of the vehicle,​ Roy E. Anderson Jr,​ 52, was operating a vehicle with a driving status of suspended with a prior conviction.


He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.


Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
