Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the area of Pennsylvania Avenue for the report of an individual refusing to leave a residence after battering several people Thursday, October 24 just after 1 a.m. ET.
During the investigation, it was determined Viola Mata, 53, of Plymouth, had allegedly committed several counts of battery. Mata was transported and lodged into Marshall County Jail without incident.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
