Plymouth Police Department officers served a warrant on Saturday, September 21 at River Park Square for Jan Lemler on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief. He was taken into custody.
Additionally, a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy stopped a white Jeep on U.S. 30
in the area of Gumwood Road for speeding at 92 mph in a 60 mph zone Saturday, September 21.
The driver, Juan Paul Martell Munoz Guerrero of Chicago, Illinois, was found to not have ever obtained a driver’s license. Gurrero was then placed under arrest and taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was charged and booked on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
