While on routine patrol, Marshall County deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding.
While talking with the driver, police say the driver admitted to never obtaining a license. The driver, Konstance Briscoe, was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged on a preliminary charge of operating without ever obtaining a license.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
