Plymouth Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for several traffic infractions Saturday, September 21.
During the officer’s investigation, police say it was determined Ethan Verhaeghe, 20, of Bremen, possessed alcoholic beverages and was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Verhaeghe was transported and lodged into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of minor possessing alcohol and operating while intoxicated with a prior conviction.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
