Marshall County Central Dispatch was advised of an unsafe driver on U.S. 31, near 12th Road Tuesday, September 3 at 4:46 a.m. ET.
A Marshall County Sheriff’s Departmentdeputy located and initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle on U.S. 31, north of 9A Road.
The driver, Dimas Jose Torres-Reyalvarez, 46, of Indianapolis, was reportedly found to never have had a license.
Torres-Reyalvarez was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
