PLYMOUTH — On Aug. 27 at 1:55 p.m. Plymouth Police were notified of a possible intoxicated driver swerving all over the roadway. The vehicle was eastbound on US 30 from the West County line.

Officers observed the vehicle swerving all over the roadway and initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of US 30 and Oak Dr. Officers conducted standardized field sobriety tests and ultimately arrested 21-year-old Cody Brooks of Nappanee.
Brooks was transported to the Marshall County jail and issued a court date and bond.
Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
