PLYMOUTH — On Thursday, August 29 at 5:48 a.m., police were dispatched to the intersection of Oak Drive and Pidco Drive for a minor vehicle collision between two vehicles.

Upon arrival, Marshall County Officer Wozniak found that a white 2022 Lexus struck a 2009 Silver Honda leaving very minor damage.
During the investigation, it was found that the driver of the Honda, Rigoberto Ordonez Ordonez, 51, of Plymouth, was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license.
