A deputy from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop Friday, September 13 at 12:22 a.m. ET on a white 2019 Nissan Maxima on 9A Road in front of the Pilot Truck Stop.
During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Joni R. Lawrenz, 43, was found to be operating a vehicle with a driving status of suspended with a prior, according to the report.
She was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
