On Tuesday, Aug. 27th, 2024 at 7:45 p.m., Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a white 1993 Ford F-150 pulling a large camper in the area of US 31 and 19th Road.
During the investigation, it was found that the driver of the vehicle, Nikalas I. Kapsa of South Bend, was operating a vehicle with a driving status of suspended with a prior. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
