Criminal Trespass

Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to the Economy Inn Monday, September 16 just before noon ET for a report of a female who had been locked out of a vehicle and needed her inhaler.

Upon arrival, police made contact with Jennifer Sanderson, 49, of Monterey. Police say Sanderson is known to the Plymouth Police Department, and it was known that Sanderson had been given a no trespass warning for the Economy Inn.

Sanderson was then taken into custody, taken to the Plymouth Hospital for jail clearance, and then booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
