Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to a residence on West Adams Street Saturday, September 14 at 11:50 a.m. ET for a report of a bruised child.
Police say the child was found to have multiple bruises consistent with child neglect. After further investigation, police arrested Jaden Michael Joseph Groves, 18, of Plymouth, on a preliminary charge of child neglect.
Groves was transported to the Marshall County Jail and issued a court date and bond.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
